The Computer and ESL Literacy Initiative is designed to build self-sufficiency and self-empowerment. PYS advances the idea that basic computer and ESL literacy for youth and their parents will better equip them to pursue further education, participate in civic affairs and promote the preservation of their neighborhoods.
